Herbalife

Have you tried diet plans? Diet pills? Exercise plans? Do you wonder why these haven't worked? 20% of healthy living is exercise, and the other 80% is healthy eating and giving your body the right vitamins and minerals. Herbalife is a health line that provides you with the perfect plan to live a healthy life. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, cleanse your body, give yourself vitamins and minerals, gain more energy or more, Herbalife has the healthy solutions for you. They have protein powder for a delicious meal replacement, protein bars for on the go, powders for muscle growth, energy, and recovery, teas to give your body the nutrients it needs, all natural body care accessories, and much more.
This may seem like an advertisement, and trust me I despise those as well, but I do not support most "diet" websites because most of them use dangerous ingredients in their products. With Herbalife, all of their products are very healthy for your body which also allows your body to digest much easier. I have personally tried the aloe, the protein powder shake, and the tea. The aloe soothed my stomach and made me feel more energized, I take this every morning! The tea is full of vital minerals and calms your mind and body more than you could imagine. And the protein shake was absolutely fabulous! It really does fill you up, and it definitely gives you the protein you need after a workout.
I HIGHLY recommend just checking out their website, one of my very close friends is a distributer and has a bachelors degree in nutrition, and would gladly talk to you about anything you were curious about!

Healthy Eating is as Easy as 1,2,3!

Today's quote of the day is "It is health that is the real wealth, and not pieces of gold or silver." Many people do not understand the importance of eating healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables, grains, and protein. Through the rest of this blog I am going to share with you posts about healthy meals, healthy alternatives to your favorite meals, benefits of yoga, benefits of exercise and exercises anyone can partake in, and much more. For today, I am going to write out what a healthy meal plan would look like.

Breakfast:
Cooked oatmeal with raisins and margarine
1/2 cup fat-free milk
1 cup orange juice
Lunch:
Smoked turkey sandwich on whole-wheat pita bread (with romaine lettuce, tomato slices, salad dressing and mustard)
1/2 cup apple slices
1 cup tomato juice
Dinner:
Asian veggie stir fry (with tofu, bok choy, bell peppers)
1 cup brown rice
1 cup lemon-flavored ice tea
It's also very important to eat snacks throughout the day and make sure you are satisfying your body's hunger and needs!
Snacks:
1  banana
1 cup yogurt with fruit
1 ounce sunflower seeds
1/2-ounce dry-roasted almonds
2 tablespoons raisins

As you can see, eating healthy can be very simple; yet your body will LOVE you for it. Eating healthy can help with problems such as obesity, diabetes, heart health and much, much more.
